BIG NOODLES.
BIG FLAVOUR.
NO COMPROMISES.

Slap Noodles is the work of chefs who spent years travelling Asia, hunting down the best noodle spots on the planet. The brand is the culmination of all of it — our modern take on hand-pulled biang biang noodles.

Wide, hand-pulled biang biang noodles, slapped and stretched, tossed in our signature chilli oil made from toasted spices and three different types of chillies for a heat that builds, not burns.

I’m so happy we have a noodle place in uxbridge now. We had two of the slap bowls (chicken and beef) and I already cant wait to order again. The noodles are huge and perfectly cooked with the meat being tender. Would definitely recommend.

Molly

The beef noodles, spring rolls and wontons were amazing. The quality of the food is great.

Josh

I was feeling under the weather and really wanted a soup based meal, I ordered the beef slurp and it was absolutely delicious very generous portion size, soft beef, perfectly cooked noodles and a delicious broth. Just what I needed. I had to call to ask a question and Customer Service was great. I highly recommend. My only tiny wish is that they offered sweet chilli sauce for the spring rolls

Your Questions Answered

Below is a selection of questions that frequently come up. We hope you find them helpful.

  • What is Slap Noodles?

Slap Noodles is a virtual brand offered by Dish’d. A virtual brand is a delivery only food brand without a dine-in location. Customers place their orders for the brands on delivery platforms like Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and direct ordering channels.

  • How does Dish’d work?

We partner with independent Halal Fast Food Operators to grow their business by using their kitchen capacity to deliver Slap Noodles and our other innovative virtual brands.

Our franchise partners achieve sales of £8,859 to £15,321 per week and profits of £1,869 to £3,232 per week.

  • What virtual brands does Dish’d offer?

In addition to Slap Noodles, we offer our partners our Eugreeka!, Wingology and Leb+Nöm brands. We also have an exciting pipeline of new brands that we will be launching in the upcoming months.

  • Who are we looking to partner with?

    Independent fast food operators with:

    • A fully halal menu and no alcohol on site including ‘bring your own’
    • A full commercial kitchen
    • Strong customer ratings for their own brand
    • At least a 3 star FSA hygiene rating
  • Why should you become a Dish’d food franchise partner?

    Strong Sales & Profits

Every partner should achieve weekly sales of £8,859 – £15,321 and weekly profits of £1,869 – £3,232.

We negotiate low ingredient and packaging costs with our suppliers (whilst maintaining quality) to ensure you maintain a healthy margin.

    Innovative virtual brands

Our simple menus look great, taste delicious and are easy to prepare – no chefs needed!

We are continually evolving our menus and brands to stay on trend. We fully test them in our own locations before offering them to our partners so you can have confidence that they will sell.

    Expert training and support

We have a comprehensive onboarding process to prepare you for launch. When it comes to launch itself, we will train you and your team over a 2 week period.

  • What type of kitchen do I need in order to become a Dish’d virtual brands partner? Can I do this from home?

You will need a commercial kitchen with commercial extraction and gas or 3-phase electricity. Our brands go into takeaways, dark kitchens and restaurants. They cannot be prepared from home. We require a fully halal kitchen, a minimum FSA hygiene rating of 3 and strictly no alcohol on site.

  • What equipment and kitchen set up will I need?

The main cooking equipment is a large griddle and freestanding fryers. We will guide you on how to set up your kitchen to maximise efficiency.

  • Are any of the Dish’d food franchise brands available in my area?

Please contact us and we will advise you if your area is available. If it is taken, we will put you on the waiting list.

  • How much can I earn by partnering with Dish’d as a virtual brand partner?

We aim for every franchise partner to do weekly sales of £8,859 to £15,321. We will carry out a detailed analysis of your location to provide a realistic forecast of the sales that you could achieve. We will only partner with you if we have confidence in the sales opportunity in your area.

  • How much profit will I make as a virtual brand partner?

Weekly sales of £8,859 to £15,321 will generate profits of £1,869 to £3,232. Looking at it another way, an average order of £22 will give a profit of £4.70.

  • What is the food and packaging cost associated with Dishd’s virtual brands?

We aim for the food and packaging cost to be 27% of net sales.

  • How many staff will I need in order to cater to Dish’d virtual brands?

Our model is based on using your existing staff as much as possible. We will support you with forecasting your staffing requirements.

  • What support and training do you provide?

Our support and training is market leading! We have a comprehensive onboarding process to prepare you for launch. When it comes to launch itself, we will train you and your team over a 2 week period.

  • How are you any different to the other virtual brand companies out there?

Our sales per location are significantly higher than our competitors. This is because:

    • We are highly selective who partner with
    • We will only go into a location where we have confidence in the sales opportunity
    • We invest in creating high performing brands
    • We offer unrivalled training and ongoing support
  • How much do you charge as a virtual brand company?

We can discuss our fees when we speak. Our aim is to be cost neutral at worst (compared to your existing delivery business) or even cost positive with savings on food and packaging costs
